Youth Advisory Board
The purpose of our Youth Advisory Board is to assure the experiences, values, and interests of today's foster youth are reflected in our mission. Youth Advisory Board members must be dedicated, ambitious, between the ages of 13-19, and live in the Bay Area. Be a voice for your peers and help make a difference! ONLY 10 youth are selected each year and the perks are great!

Typing papers, project research, online job search! Got skills? If not, sign up for TECHweek. Learn Microsoft Word & Excel, search engines & Internet tools, intro to databases, and digital photography. These skills can help improve your grades and secure a better job! "GetSet" Career Camp
An extensive 8-day career discovery experience designed to propel foster youth into a place of thinking post high school! Youth will explore current interests and discover new opportunities as they job shadow and visit major corporations. "Dare to Dream" Academic Scholarships
70% of foster youth dream of going to college. Sadly, only 3% actually make it. Our "Dare to Dream" scholarship awards $1,500 to $9,000 to selected foster youth pursuing their higher education dreams. Click here for more information.
